Gin & Pimm’s Holiday Punch 

About 16 servings

From Homegrown Provisions

10 ounces Pimms No. 1
10 ounces Gin
48 ounces ginger ale
8 ounces brewed chai tea, cooled
12 ounces orange juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
star anise
whole lemon
whole orange frozen cranberries
rosemary sprigs
ice (as needed)

In a punch bowl, pour in Pimms, gin, ginger ale, chai tea, and orange and lemon juices. Stir to combine.

Spike the orange and lemon with cloves. Slice orange and lemon and add to punch bowl along with cranberries, star anise and ice. Garnish with rosemary. Cheers!
